Do you ever feel as though your career success has happened by accident?
Maybe you got lucky. Maybe you were unusually charming and persuasive. Maybe there has been some enormous administrative error.
Any minute now, you’re afraid you might be found out.
You may be burning yourself out trying to cover your tracks: overpreparing, working harder than everyone else, second-guessing decisions and holding yourself to impossible standards.
Or perhaps you’re hiding. You hesitate to speak up, take on bigger assignments or apply for promotions because you’re not sure you can do them properly.
It’s exhausting. It’s demoralising. And you’re so over feeling like this.
Impostors Anonymous is a practical four-week online program for leaders who feel like frauds and are tired of overthinking, overworking and holding themselves back.
Across four live 90-minute sessions, you will explore:
- why impostor feelings persist, even when the evidence says you are capable;
- the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, including perfectionism, overwork, avoidance and self-criticism;
- how self-compassion can help you respond to mistakes, uncertainty and pressure without lowering your standards;
- practical strategies for handling difficult thoughts and feelings;
- how to take action, speak with greater authority and pursue opportunities without waiting to feel completely confident.
The sessions will be interactive, grounded in evidence and focused on real workplace situations. You will receive practical exercises and resources to help you apply what you learn between sessions.

When: Four weekly sessions, Mondays 4pm – 5.30pm AEDT (GMT+11), starting 5 October 2026

You can also add eight private coaching sessions over 12 months.
The coaching gives you space to work on your own patterns, challenges and ambitions in greater depth. You might focus on stepping into a bigger role, speaking with more authority, managing perfectionism, navigating workplace politics, setting boundaries, making a difficult career decision or taking opportunities you would usually talk yourself out of.
The agenda is yours. The purpose is to help you stop being held back by the fear that you are not as capable as everyone thinks you are.
